A Straight Line Would’ve Been Boring
I’ve gone from sales to marketing to startups to building full-stack products. Every pivot added another layer — learning how to sell, how to lead, and how to ship. That mix is what lets me design systems that aren’t just functional, but actually move the business forward.
2011-2014
Quicken Loans // Loan processor
Cut my teeth in the mortgage world, processing refinance loans and learning how to thrive in a fast-paced office. Built strong client rapport skills and learned the discipline of teamwork, deadlines, and communication.
2014-15
Quicken Loans // Product Strategist
Noticed gaps in our systems and started pitching solutions to leadership. That curiosity earned me a spot in Mousetrap, Quicken’s internal process improvement branch, where I worked on streamlining workflows and improving efficiency across teams.

Union & Company // Founder
Incorporated Union & Company on the side and aimed to disrupt the music scene with worldclass musical products. We began building DrēmTrigger (our first product) and the first prototypes. What started as an idea on nights and weekends grew into a full product journey — raising funds, iterating on hardware, and pushing toward market over the next decade.

Thomson Reuters // Sales
Joined the sales team to support my growing family, quickly sharpening my sales skills and building confidence in client relationships. Promoted into the Business Development division, where I managed a fixed portfolio of clients, expanded product adoption, and bridged solutions between existing systems and new offerings. The role required advanced product knowledge, consultative selling, and a focus on driving measurable business growth for clients.
2018–2020
Waymark Homes // Marketing Director
Stepped into the Marketing Director role to help scale a growing real estate company. Led the rebrand to Waymark Homes, built a new website, and rebuilt internal processes that increased business volume by 25%. Directed hiring and strategy for the marketing team while also helping grow and support the sales team to keep up with demand.
